American Biodiesel, LLC (ABD) is a American Biodiesel, LLC is a construction stage, for-profit limited liability company.  Upon completion of our plant in September, 2008 we will be a biodiesel manufacturer, and toll manufacturer, specializing in biodiesel and co-products sold to fuel refineries, fuel distributors, glycerine refiners and animal feed manufacturers. 

ABD will manufacture and distribute Fatty Acid Methyl Esters as Biodiesel fuel, an environmentally friendly fuel and glycerine.  We will also reprocesses off-spec glycerine and biodiesel for as a toll processor for other biodiesel manufacturers or by purchasing such off-spec products reprocessing them and selling them into the market. A strong knowledge-based management team, with a combined thirty years of experience in industry, formed American Biodiesel, LLC  in 2004.

ABD is a niche player in the specialty and industrial chemicals business, focusing on value-added processes which are not widely or readily available in the United States. We have perfected unique manufacturing processes resulting in lower manufacturing costs and high profitability.

We anticipate sales of $4,000,000 in 2008, $9,400,000 in 2009, and $9,800,000 in 2010. Our projected sales for 2011 are $10,000,000.
